Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using T964 Data Center services, including our website and client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
T964 Data Center provides colocation, connectivity, and managed infrastructure services. Specific service terms, specifications, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements with each client.
Client Portal Access
- Portal access is provided only to authorized client representatives
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to your account manager
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal activities or content
- Activities that may harm the data center infrastructure
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Activities that violate third-party rights
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Service Level Agreements
Service levels, uptime guarantees, and remedies are defined in individual service agreements. Our facility maintains Uptime Institute certifications for design, construction, and operation.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clients through the portal or email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
